About Us
The Karnataka Grameena Bank Officers Federation (KGBOF) is the recognized representative organization of officers working in Karnataka Grameena Bank — born from the historic amalgamation of Regional Rural Banks in Karnataka, effective 1 May 2025.
Formerly known as KVGBOF (Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank Officers Federation), we have transformed alongside the bank, uniting officers across Karnataka under a stronger collective identity.
We combine the ideals of trade unionism with professionalism — ensuring fair treatment, career growth, better working conditions, and a powerful collective voice for every officer.
